Should Sami Zayn Rejoin Roman Reigns and The Bloodline?

Is Roman Reigns going to lure Sami Zayn back to The Bloodline?

WWE has made it clear that it’s full steam ahead with the latest chapter of the family drama, with Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Jacob Fatu, and Solo Sikoa connected in storylines on Raw and SmackDown.

After Zayn lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to CM Punk on Raw, he could be the next person to rejoin the weekly saga.

It wasn’t just that Punk defeated Zayn. It was how it happened.

A nine-day title reign for one of the most underrated WWE superstars on the roster? One who waited years and years to have the opportunity to run with the ball at the top? Only to lose it to a returning superstar who didn’t even earn the No. 1 contender’s spot to be in the match?

Reigns can use all of that in his pitch to Zayn.

Yes, their history is complicated. The moment Zayn hit Reigns in the back with a chair at the 2023 Royal Rumble capped off one of the all-time great WWE segments, and perhaps, the greatest segment involving The Bloodline in its history.

But Reigns also had issues with Jey, Jimmy, Jacob, and Solo. They made it work for the good of the family.

Again, a simple pitch for Reigns. What works in his favor is that Zayn is at the bottom. He achieved the highest of highs, and losing it in such disappointing fashion brings him to the lowest of lows.

Reigns has always been the ultimate manipulator in “The Tribal Chief” role, so it’s an easy story for WWE to tell.

The company clearly has something big in mind for The Bloodline reunion. We don’t know what it is, but the key players are coming together.

Bringing Zayn back into the fold would make things even more intriguing.

Because this is a different Zayn than the one that became the lovable, honorary Uce during The Bloodline’s original run.

He’s a former world champion, and that can be the catalyst for a highly anticipated return to the faction.
